Have an announcement for the team? Start with this outline ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Share your latest company updates privately with your teammates!

This story exemplifies how teams can use Prezly for internal team updates. While Prezly is excellent for reaching out to your audience and contacts, it can also be used for internal comms โ€“ย from company culture announcements and introducing new hires to sharing your weekly (top secret) progress reports.

Publish internal stories as "private" so only people with the URL can access them. You can also create private newsrooms, so they are hidden from search engines.

๐Ÿ‘†Use this space to share the good news with your team! Add a quick intro to let your teammates know what your update is about.

What kind of content to include (and embed)

An internal newsroom is perfect for managing your communications with employees, colleagues, and teams. It helps make everyone a part of important decisions, challenges, and milestones. Things you can share internally:

ย

Progress updates, learnings, and reports

End of the month, quarter, or year creeping in? Time to evaluate how things have been going for the company! Empower your teammates or colleagues with your latest updates and wins (plus the numbers to back it up)! ๐Ÿš€

Introducing new team members

Get to know new teammates and all their wonderful (weird) quirks! As per tradition at Prezly, every member of the team lists down questions for our new hires to answer during the first all-hands meeting at the end of their first week :)

ย

Share a recap of the latest company event

Had a workshop or your annual company retreat recently? Thank everyone for attending, and share a roundup of all the best learnings and most memorable moments!

One of Prezly's founders, Jesse, shared a link to his latest blog post about the cost of running an all-hands retreat and how it benefits teams. It's always a great reminder of how a closer bond between teammates allows for better and more open communication!

The cost of running a company retreat
We returned from our annual company retreat 2 weeks ago. Although we're remote-first, we're surely not remote-only, and having that yearly in-person meet is a pretty essential part of our company strategy. We organise this internally, which requires quite a bit of time, but it puts us in full control over the whole experience.

Of course, include a contact card at the end, so your team knows who to thank (or blame) for the newest update. ๐Ÿ˜Š
